"Close the windows and curtains in the day, open at night.
Fans. Reduce humidity.
Lots of cold non alcoholic drinks"
Ah, yes I haven't had time to put curtains up yet lol. That makes sense though. |

Close all the curtains and windows during the day to prevent heat coming in.
After sunsets it starts to cool down, an hour later you can open all the windows and use fans to circulate the fresh cool air from outside and replace the stale warm air inside your rooms.
Have a cold shower every couple of hours and stay away from the alcoholic drinks during the day.
Or move to Scotland or Ireland

This.
Also getting a tea towel or a flannel and soaking it in cold water, and using it as a cold compress can actually really help. |

Like the others here, I keep home shaded in the day, doors closed to retain some rooms at a cooler temperature.
Slow down, don't do so much, so fast.
100% cotton bed linen - much cooler than the rest.
Wet your body often - cold showers, bath soaks, head dunks, wet Tshirts. Let your body dry and cool naturally |

"Air con
Now I thought about this but I heard that air con can bring in colds and coughs so I guess it would attract the corona "
Viruses are going to be around you or not and, as you've probably seen with the covid-19 vurus, typically spread with close contact with others. |

"I've got a freezer full of Slush Puppy's which I'm working my way through while sat in just my pants with the patio doors open. I look so hot.
Filthy bitch "
The best part is the melted ice from the Slush Puppy is dripping on my chest and running down my stomach all cold and tingly. |

"It's killing me! "
Open your loft hatch if you live in a conventional house. Hot air rises and vanishes into that void at night. Might make a few degrees difference. Steve |

Open the patio doors at the back. Open the patio doors at the front. Open the velux windows in the loft rooms. It's such a pleasant place on a hot day.
I love to listen to the breeze and the wildlife and I don't even mind the bbq smoke and aromas in the evening and the neighbours laughing. ....... Love warm nights. |

Just think of the cold dark winter days to come with ice and sleet etc and compare it with hot days with ladies in skimpy dresses to admire
There's not much to moan about really when you think about it
t doesn't last ages but put a clean t shirt in your fridge, it's great to change into. |
