From things such as love@lycos to bebo at the beginning, social networking as really came on to be one of the most popular things in global society. Pretty much everyone has a Facebook, it creates new friendships and wrecks long standing relationships.
Where do you stand on social networking? Which do you use? If you avoid them, what is it you hate most?
We both have Facebook but mostly just to back up our pics Incase the laptops die, mr has a twitter for his football etc and we have a joint twitter for our naughty updates.

I take it at face value and never put anything on there that I don't want publicised.
It can be a bit of fun, but if you are careless about what you say, it can also be destructive. |

I have just jacked in Facebook as I got fed up with it's constant march towards becoming the biggest advertising channel on the planet. Won't go near Twitter due to the wankers on there. Even dear old Fab is a bit like 'Facebook with cocks/tits' sometimes. |

I joined Facebook a couple of years ago to see photos a mate had uploaded after a big weekend a crowd of us had together.
I pop in now and then to see friends updates but don't use it often.
It's handy to see who's going to what events.  |
