No issues just hard to find a lender. "
Imagine it was probably quite quick with less volume of mortgages being offered? I had to chase and chase in sept last year. |

The only issue I had was that they wouldn’t value the house during full lock down as they wouldn’t come inside - I eventually convinced them to do a valuation from the outside |
