Non predictive! I have no idea how it works, takes ages for it to pick the right word, drives me insane.

Predictive to me, is the exact opposite. I have never had any message even remotely like I intended, so it is the first thing I turn off on a phone.

it can be embarassing.

we once bought an old church pew from a vicarage and my gf at the time quickly text the vicar to say she was on her way round to collect her 'sex'.

always proof read before you hit 'send'

I use predictive text, just what I'm used to, non predictive is too slow for me, although I did send an awkward text once when describing what I was wearing, maxi dress was sent as nazi dress

Who ever invented predictive text needs sacking. What a blood awful idea. First thing I do is turn it off when I get a new phone. Its never predicted what I want to say. Never predicted the correct lottery numbers so what use is it?

Swype (yes it seems to be another international mis -spelling coined for the technology market) seems to work well for me and seems pretty accurate and quick.

Predictive. bkk uif xbz.

As long as it doesn't need Capitals, numerals or punctuation. Or requiring unknown words to be spelled in.

Other than that it's a doddle.

i tend not to text at all .... you can say more in a 30 second phone call than you can in an hour of texting to & fro.

saves loadsa time
