"Isnt there something like feet in a bowl of water and run your wrists under a cold tap
Doesn’t that lower your temperature, or make you wet the bed or something?"
ive just googled it is feet in warm water and a cold pack on the head to draw the blood down and away from a migraine. I think I would sit down for it though, sounds wobbly inducing! |

"According to many many men on here, their penis will cure your headache.
Penis cures everything. Fact."
I need to borrow a penis to pick some lottery numbers. Cure my poverty |

Depends on the cause of the headache. Loosen neck and shoulder tension. Showers or self massage. Lots of self facial and neck massage videos out there. Pain Science website talks about occipital ridge as a pressure point to look at.
Hydration always. Enough food.
Painkillers but if the headaches cascade you need to catch it at the beginning.
Relaxation and sleep.
Exercise.
Distraction. |

I suspect it’s a mixture of lack of sleep and stress. |

Check for and relieve muscle tension then, and find a way to relax for awhile. |
