I’ve got a lovely pair of moobs but I suspect one of the experts will be along to correct me :
Iirc there’s a ligament which holds things up which essentially runs between the nipples around the back of the neck, and this can stretch with age - so in surgery it is sometimes shortened.
I’m not sure about the implants themselves, I think some have a shelf life? One of my friends had the leaky ones and had to have them replaced. |

I love boobs all shapes and sizes. Mine don’t need enhancing as I’m huge already but I don’t mind a lady who does.  |
