"Won't it be cold lamb tomorrow then and a bit fatty? "
No fat and stripped off the bone and trimmed. use the carcass for gravy . all fat removed as i hate it. and it wont be cold either

it can smell a bit, I think it' probably the fat & skin that causes it,i love mine with a nice bit of mint sauce..yum |
