A few things
- hearing what a wonderful time my partner and metamour had at a thing. That's made me very happy.
- being told by a member of the RSC that I had an "incredibly pleasing speaking voice". My ego is pretty big right now. |

Catching up with my elderly garden neighbour for the first time in a while. He gave me some seed pods, a little squash & an amazing piece of pottery he found in his plot, as well as loads of advice. I'm eating the squash & the first courgette from my patch right now. |

A nice long walk over the moors. About to have a bath, put on my pjs and crash out in front of the tv. Also got something nice for tea in the fridge. How Sundays should be. |

It's been a tough day in work, but the fun and friendship of my pals always raises a smile .
Tonight's yoga session , I'm still quite a novice I managed a few new positions.
Lastly I've just put out some food for my nocturnal friend, a badge who pops over to say hello and have a munch |

Making my path look more inviting has made me feel good about today.
I cut back some woody heather, and planted some new shrubs.
The place I got the shrubs from donates all their profit to help others with dependency issues so it's win-win. |

I bought myself a fire pit for the garden and put it all together earlier. I've been sat out, tunes on, toasting marshmallows and spotted a family of hedgehogs. I had no idea I had any living in my garden! They're bloody adorable. First time I'd seen hedgehogs up close |

Oddly enough, I cleared most of my garden during lockdown and my neighbour warned me I may have mice or hedgehogs in the piles of wood at the back. And to be careful when moving it. I was disappointed when I never saw any. I've been here 13 years and never spotted one so I was delighted!
I've noticed a massive decrease in slugs lately. The hedgehogs went straight for the decking where my hostas are. Very entertaining watching them |

I often see posts with people saying leave some water out for them when it's very hot as they can get dehydrated. I saw a video of them drinking and it looks so cute. |
