When they dont, but were eagerly pursuing friendship, I just delete and forget. If someone deletes me after long silence/no interaction whatsoever, despite being active online, I just think fair enough. |

I think it depends on the reason behind them being a friend on fab.
Is it to look at the friends only photos? To chat with a view to meeting? You become friends through the forums?
Multitude of reasons for being friends and for not communicating.

I go through quite often , people who we’ve met that maybe haven’t made the effort after we have get deleted and people we were planning to meet that haven’t returned messages so get deleted obviously we give a few days but if they’re not interested then fair enough but there’s no point in being friends if the ‘friendship’ isn’t a two way thing  |

Same as not getting any 'first-messages' the vast majority of my friends on here expect me to make the first move to instigate a conversation...I think its just the way it is on fab...wven folk I've met many times. |

I have some on my friends list with whom I've been corresponding for a few years. With a select few, I've even met up socially, and kept in touch.
There are a few others, mainly couples who keep in touch with me monthly. There are others who'll contact me periodically too, maybe every 4-5 months.
But we all have our different lives and with some people, we pass each other intermittently, with others moreso. |

Have you tried messaging them?
It's a difficult time for many. I do try at times, but I'm sure my friends would attest that I'm not as chatty as usual with everything happening.
Reach out. Better answers than assumptions.  |

Seems a rather strange function, other than to view certain photos, pre meet.
I keep in touch with people via messenger apps, having swapped numbers when we meet. |

All been said above I guess. Depends why you friended them in the first place? There's only so much you can discuss unless you actively associate with them off Fab? If they didn't reply,I guess its time to move on?
