Roadtrips, car loaded, good music on the stereo a long road and me 
Nature... Sitting in the garden or open space all weathers listening to the natural sounds.
The seaside. Something therapeutic about watching the sea and listening to the ocean.
Laughing with the people I love
Being alone.

Yeah. Sitting down, person behind me (not a random stranger, partner or lover) and they take the time to brush my hair. It's the intimacy of it and the familiarity that release all these happy endorphins. |

Watching a beautiful Sunrise / Sunset. Reading a book inside the caravan when its raining. Something about the sound of rain against the roof gives a deep relaxing feeling, and when the rain is over and everything outside smells fresh.

So many things make me happy, I'm one of life's optimists - a few things that spring to mind are:
Being out in nature
Cuddles with my pooch
Spending time with my FWB
Dancing with my crazy troupe mates
Getting lost in a good book
Music...especially those songs that instantly evoke happy memories
Spending time with my friends
Sometimes just getting a few minutes to sit and enjoy a cup of tea in silence |
