Hit me with your puppy tamers, please?

I have a huge amount of boobage to contain and have yet to find a sports bra that supports comfortably and always end up having to wear two normal bras. Can you help?

Fashionova if that's how you spell it. There's a model called Ashley alexis. Her tips are massive. She has a range of sports bras for them Im sure

Check out bravissimo.

It's hard to find decent ones that don't cause uni boob.

In a ball gown because that's how we roll in N. Devon

Freya do an excellent firm support one. Comfortable and even these bloody ridiculous things didn't move much at all even when jogging

I've never been a fan of shock absorbers, I've always preferred Panache underwired ones (which you can often pick up on ebay for a decent price). Just recently though, I ordered one from Asda - I wasn't holding out much hope as it was £9, but I thought it would do for just walking. It's easily as supportive as any shock absorber I've ever tried, but not quite as good as the Panache for me.

I've used Bravissimo for my regular bras and can definitely recommend

Panache underwired works better than shock absorber for me. Honestly, I was amazed! Tight to get on but really works.

I've found that if you care less about what they look like, you can get them really cheaply, sometimes, in end of season sale. Dunno what they were thinking with aqua and yellow camo a few years back, but it was still a fantastic bra for pretty much fuck all.

Panache definitely - as someone who is ample bosomed much like yourself OP, shock absorber doesn't even come closer. I can easily do a class or 5k without the ache of my boobs afterward and they also really really do support and lock you in place.

This is the thread I needed to find today! Time to start bra shopping!

On a side note - who thinks bras should be cheaper? I didn't choose to have the feckers

Anita bras, a German brand I found an independent lingerie shop in Altrincham. You can buy online too. My sports bra from the Anita brand is excellent and I'm not of the tiny tit brigade

Agreed one bra I purchase is £90 fucking quid and it’s not especially fancy, just comfy.

Sometimes U.K

My preference is Shock Absorber with racer back, which I feel is better than the standard bra straps.

In the words of google: Racerback bra has several benefits, the first and foremost being support to women of all sizes, but they are particularly helpful for women with large breasts. That's because the straps are designed to meet and cross in the middle of your back, adding an extra angle of lift to your bra.

The Panache ones I have can be worn either as standard strap or racer back...I usually wear as racer back as it does feel more supportive

... oh, maybe not applicable beyond medium boobs, but I prolong my expensive sports bras by wearing cheap crop tops on low/ no impact days. If I'm lifting I don't care that much about bounce.

Tesco - ultra high impact.

I'm a 34F. And running they stay where they are put. The bra costs about £16 too!

This. I wear a good normal bra with a tight croptop or a low/medium impact bra over the top.

Double bra works well

I’ve tried loads from cheap to expensive. I just wear a normal bra now. I don’t find them great at all x

The only ones that are any good for me are Shock Absorber. I have tried and been disappointed with many others over the years.

I have heavy 34 F boobs and need a lot of support.

Shock Absorber have several different maximum support options, so I would suggest trying them all, in different sizes, to see what works for you... then buy online unless you can find a good deal in a shop.

I'm above a GG cup with a small back, so need a LOT of support in the gym.

Currently using Panache but used to have Shock absorbers from Bravissimo. I find both great but Panache has the edge.

Panache or elomi are the only sports bras I've ever known to hold my 38Gs when working out!
