Hi forumites. It's gonna be a hot day tomorrow and I have a day off all to myself. I want to make the most of it & go to the seaside.
I have never been to a nudist beach & wonder if anyone has any recommendations of a good place in Somerset/ South West area please.

Studland near Poole is one of the most popular
I want to try Wild Pear beach near Ilrfracombe although it’s a bit of a trek to get to apparently.
Budleigh Salterton is another option |

Wild pear is lovely its picturesque. Whater clear. Its not particularly sandy, there is a trek to it and you do have to scrabble down a landslip. But just adds to its charm!
But remember its a nudist beach not a sex playing area! |

After researching the suggested places. I think Budleigh salterton is probably my best bet.
Studland sounds great but is a 2 hour drive away.
Budleigh only being approx 1 hour for me. |

I went to studland last year. It was the first time I'd ever been near a nudist beach and I went on my own. Very liberating.
Sadly haven't been able to repeat it this year  |

Must try it myself sometime, about an hour from me also same as Slapton even though that's only 10-15 miles as the crow flies |
