I won £500 on a scratch card today.
I’m not boasting or showing off. Was just wondering....
If you had £500 in your hands right now what would you do with it? |

Well done I did my first ever scratch card lottery thing last week and won £5. Quitting while I’m ahead !
If I won £500 right now, I would put half on Amazon shares and half for driver who lost his main job this week |

Put the lot on brooks koepka to win on the pga tour this week at 28/1.
Then I’d buy a small piece of agricultural ground with my £14500 and have my own private campsite where I could play loud music and have a campfire with all my friends.
Oh to dream |

"I'm going camping with the kids on the weekend. So anything that could potentially make them sleep! "
Exped Downmat - pricey but worth it , sleep better at the top of a mountain than in my own bed should get 3 for £500 |

Actually, I might place a bet for for a laugh as technically I wouldn't be losing. I've never been to a bookies in my life and I feel like I've missed out on an experience..... |

There's this couple who sit outside the local shop, wind, snow and rain, i usually sort them with a tea, roll or something, but i would be round there with 50 quid right away, then the rest i can spend on my sons, and granson. |

A few toys for my little one, a meal for my partner and myself, some new clothes for my partner and a nice pair of shoes and then dresses and lingerie for me. |

Congratulations! What are you going to do with it? I'd have to split the money, half into my overdraft and half on a super-indulgent treat that would last a few months to cheer me up in the current circs- either a pair of Irregular Choice heels or a bottle of Penhaligons The Ingénue Cousin Flora |

"Well done OP!
I'd be boring and put it towards the mortgage. And keep a bit and buy myself a new dress that I keep looking at and lusting over. "
Buy the dress ..the mortgage will be there a lot longer than the dress . |

23 years ago I did win £500 on a scratch card it was my last £1 I spent it was almost Christmas I was a single parent and struggling to buy much for the kids so I spent it all on them
If I won that now I would give all my kids £100 each and the last £100 I would buy a womanizer pro 40 for myself |

"Stick it in the bank for a rainy day.
... sorry. Boring I know.
If you lived in Manchester you'd be drawing it out tomorrow "
It rains that much, I'd be surprised if they even got chance to deposit it. |

I would stick it in an envelope and put it in a drawer. I've not used cash, nor go anywhere that takes cash for a long time and I can't think of anything I desperately need; maybe some quality cognac? |

Oh I would have so many choices of things I could get that I would implode so safer in the bank for a bit. I might even start a little business with it. Well done anyway Op, do you need anyone to keep your ticket safe for you |

Buy paint, we’ve never decorated the house and we want too. And painting stuff.
Stuff for my babas birthday next month.
New clothes, as I haven’t bought any in years.
And I’d hire a skip. |
