One advantage of working the night shift, is on a clear night like tonight, there's 3 of our planets on display.
Jupiter and Saturn are next to each other, and Mars is rising to the west of them.

"I (Luke) use an app called Skyview which think is really good. What do you use to identify objects in the sky? "
Similar app Luke, think it's called starfinder, I only download it when I need it.
Other than that, I use a 4" reflecting telescope, can see moons of Jupiter, and just make out Saturn's rings. |
