I know loads of women who talk about smartening their man up, putting him on a diet, stopping him drinking so much, limiting the time he spends with friends etc. That's usually seen as being a good influence.

Tru dat!

Men aren't allowed so much as to agree a woman's bum looks big in this dress when she tells them it does without being called manipulative.....

Growing together is different to actively seeking to change one partner though I think. Each relationship must grow and adapt else it's doomed for failure I think

Lots of people do though. It's where men get the idea that women only like "bad boys" they don't they just think they can change them into "good boys".

I have seen this on another site as a kink. A mate on the site practices “bimbofication” where he enters into a relationship with a sub and changes her with full consent.

Not my cup of tea but if they are both into it I’m not one to judge.

His thing is to completely control what she wears what she eats etc in order to create the perfect woman (in his eyes) From seeing her pics from the time they met to the present the change is quite apparent. I have not seen his previous partners to know if they carry on the same.

It’s very very full on.

I have read about similar things before. It's a hell of a responsibility for the person in control.

Then maybe not but it's a very fine line and a big grey area. Just because the person agreed to it, doesn't mean they weren't coerced and it massively depends on the person's mental state at the time as to weather they were actually able to make that choice.
