Fabbers,
Musing again.
I got a chopping board set from Aldi at the weekend and it’s perfect! I’m so in love with it. My old trusted one broke a few months ago and it had lasted me 25 years.
What material possession are you currently in love with?

Love might be a bit strong, but I do have a favourite knife for in the kitchen, use it for everything. I get really upset if it's in the dishwasher when I need it! |

"Are wheelchairs material possessions? Very much in love with mine (day and sports chairs).
They may take my leg(s), but they'll never take my FREEDOM "
That's such a familiar speech but can't think of where I've heard it before

It was the bit about "run, and you'd live," to which I replied, "no, I'd fucking well fall flat on my face and break my neck" |

Bear with me on this one. Just before lockdown I found an pottery egg holder from the 1970s in the shape of six monks, you pop the eggs in and they look like the monks bald heads.
I love it and every time I see it or use it it makes me smile
Kitch as hell but fun. |

My engagement wedding and eternity rings.
A love heart locket with mum on which was my late mothers.
A love heart locket that was the first thing hubby bought me.
A gold footprints ring I wear around my neck with the lockets that was my late sisters.
And a teddy bear I've had for 50 years that my dad got me |

Years ago I lost everything in a fire, bar a crystal ball. It’s still smooth on the outside, but shattered within. The fire damaged it, but it survived. It’s all I took from the house, as it seemed symbolic. I still love it x Viv x |

"My Manola Blahnik shoes, I have 2 pairs. "
Jealous! I only have 1 pair (that need a repair).
Mine would be my phone, my Pandora products because of the memories attached & my wedding dress because I want it altered to wear again.
