No but funnily enough I have literally read an article on curly hair and if you condition it before you shampoo it's actually better for your hair?!

Yes and sometimes it’s ok to just use conditioner and no shampoo x |

I put sugar in my coffee this morning instead of sweeteners, I'm on a diet because I'm fat, but I still drank it, no food now until supper time, gosh I'm hungry , not a great start to my day x |
