Been up and down. I've definitely lost muscle definition and size, gained a bit of a belly but I'm confident I'll get back to myself once the gyms have reopened. |

I'm really surprised by all this weight loss - I imagined everyone would gain a bit, like me, with less 'normal' life activity.
Has this all been intentional, or symptomatic? Well done to all those who've been on a mission. Cake and chocolate became my boredom friends |

Mine has been a change in diabetic medication but also a change in attitude towards food , now I eat if I’m hungry not just snack all the time but if I do fancy something I will eat it and enjoy it and not feel guilty, where as before I’d feel guilty think fuck it then eat even more ! X |

"I have lost a stone, as of today
That’s impressive? Was that exercise and diet or both? "
I have gone to low carb, but not keto, and walked (once we were allowed) while on furlough so walking to work and back wasn't too much of a shock once I went back |

I've stayed the same because my diet didn't change, my levothyroxine dose is correct and my level of exercise stayed sort of the same with the exception of swimming |

Mine (I think) is a mixture of stress due to personal and family circumstances (I lose my appetite when under stress); wearing PPE on long shifts meaning I ate and drank less naturally; and the gym being closed (sounds counterintuitive to weight loss but I think I’ve lost the very small muscle gains I made).
However, I still eat cake. |

Intentional. When I'm going to work I kind of can't be arsed with exercising, am too tired, not enough time etc, with this extra time I've exercised consistently and done intermittent fasting. |

My lockdown has been for over 18 months. I gained over a stone in the first year. Lost a lot in the last couple of months and got fitter than I was, which is still less fit than most people. |
