Morning pp and other early risers!  I'm quite poorly right now so have spent most of the night being ill which when coupled with a big anxiety attack is always fun. I'm going to try and caffeine myself up and go for a run and hopefully feel better for it. Or at least exhausted enough to sleep after. |

My alarm doesn't go off til 9.30 today but it seems doing 3 breakfast shifts a week is giving me a new body clock.
It seems the night owl in me has flown away "
