Chef ! Guilty ,there’s a steak restaraunt in a village near Santander north Spain they own the farm there is no menu just steak done on grills on a flame pit ,no choice on how it’s cooked and Rioja lots of Rioja |

Never been there but sounds so tasty, I’m actually hungry now.
Food in the north is always great specially steaks , the best quality beef is from Galicia. I must say steaks here are amazing, I bought one from a small butcher , a T bone.... best of my life |
