Napping is the best !

Who else enjoys a little nanna nap in the afternoon? Or are you as fresh as a daisy all day long ? I love snuggling up on the bed just for a little snooze now and again, not sure if it’s age related or I’m just a lazy bitch

Love it and it's not an age thing for me. I always get an afternoon slump about 3pm. I have been known to fall asleep at work while sitting at my desk.

I only do this in the summer, the heat exhausts me, nice little 20 min power nap after lunch

Not in the afternoon i tend to nap in the evening then can not sleep at night. I am always on the go but the minute i sit dowñ to relax i usually end up dozing accidently.

I hate napping in the day, I always wake up feeling horrible for a good 30 minutes to an hour after I wake up.

Just actually woke up from one not long ago.

I rarely nap...i always wake up feeling worse than I did before the nap.

HOWEVER, I was rather hoping to squeeze one in this afternoon...

We only have weekends together atm and so tend to sleep very little. I only managed about 3 hours kip last night and was hoping to top up a bit this afternoon, couldn't get comfy or sleepy til half hour before I needed to get my ass in the shower....

Espresso required!
