Look at yourself in the mirror and say I am ashamed for my choices and how those choices have affected every single person who has ever existed.
Be ashamed and on the upcoming Weekend of Shame you must wear a hair shirt, flagellete yourself, wear the bell of shame and throw rotten fruit at yourself and proudly shout 'I am ashamed'.
Everything you do, or don't do or might do, is shameful and there are no excuses or reasons to make it not shameful.
Don't think you have anything to be ashamed for? One of your anscestors will have been shameful. That shame sticks. We all carry shame from the past and will pass it into the future.
Confess your shame but there is no absolution. No one escapes shame.
