google midlands burlesque.
they have put on shows in telford and birmingham,
a decent fun night out.
there was also a show recently at the place in telford, but not sure how it went, or if there will be a repeat. |

i used to be on a car forum with a woman that was downtrodden by her ex husband and used burlesque to come out from herself.
went to a show when she came up from south wales and she was such a liberated woman. strong and self confident.
some people put it down as lewd and filth, but i tell you what, if something like that can give a woman that was systematically beaten, and mentally tortured by the man that was supposed to protect her from the bad things in life, the confidence and self belief that i saw in her, then im all for it, and all power to the women, and men, that do it, and get involved. |
