I get this too, it's because your gojng through sub folders to get the pic
Select the pic
Try upload, it will give message
Now immediately try again, and the sub folder you just had open will open up now as first folder you see, now it will work

I don't use 99% of the apps on my phone, I use ma p.c. to do most internetty type stuff, but I still get the "Upgrades are available" message. I only bought the phone cos its got a good camera on it  |
