Somewhere near here

Walk, I walk lots, for miles. I’m frustrated today because work has meant I can’t go for bimble. Usually do at least 5 miles a day

I run down by the river. Fresh air and exercise are the best pick me up tonic possible

I clean when stressed but the only think that really calms me is being outside at night.

?

Being out in nature soothes my soul...if I'm feeling really antsy I'll pack a flask and a book and go and sit under a tree in the middle of nowhere, drinking tea, listening to the sounds of nature, watching the birds, dipping in and out of my book. It's a lovely way to spend some time.

Exercise. Get out on my bike and pedal for a few miles or go for a long walk. I live in the countryside do it's easy to find peace and switch off for a while.

For me I’m very fortunate to live right on the coast literally 5-6 mins walks and have sand under my feet stick on some music and just walk and walk looking out at the sea always good to reflect on things and clears a bad day lol
