He can be controversial due to things he's said in the past but no denying he was a hugely talented song writer, many people have covered Cat Stevens songs, oddly he's best known for one he covered |

That is a contemptible statement and you ought to feel thoroughly ashamed of yourself. Do you think, really, that a person who calls for the murder of an author for the 'crime" of writing a book can be described as *inspirational"?

All religions have their faults, extremists too & are misinterpreted and mistranslated.
It's not the writing of a book that is every the problem, it is the power of the written word and man's ego in the interpretation. |

Absolute horror of a person...it’s very easy to find evidence of his complete backing of the Fatwa placed on Rushdie and he’s on the record of wishing him to be murdered. |
