Yorkshire tea. Brewed for 3minutes not stewed. Do not squeeze the bag or over stir. Add 1 teaspoon of milk. Stir. Then another. Until the desired colour action is achieved. Do not over milk but not so strong it is overwhelming. I was criticised for my tea making once. I was mortified. Been perfecting it ever since. |

Twinings Everyday to start the day... then any of my multiple loose-leaf teas through the day, depending on my mood!
Today it's been a Red-Velvet black tea, a cold brewed sencha and finish with a chamomile
I like tea ok?... |

I'm from Yorkshire I can promise you they do not grow tea you are being ripped off, Asda own brand is fine, never stewed (printers tea otherwise) two halves of sugar, may seem strange but always two halves, not too much milk but enough |

Big mug of of strong tea in the morning with three sugars & condensed milk. Perfect way to start a day off.
Then Moroccan mint tea with agave in it is a good one too in the afternoon!
The pucker three mint tea isn't bad either(With agave or honey.)

"Is there anyone else who detests the taste and smell of tea? "
My mum used to have her own spoon in her coffee because she hated tea and wouldn't let anyone stir a tea and then her coffee |

1 Assam, 1 Earl Grey, nicely stewed, honey and a splash of milk. Should be terracotta coloured.
Do not dunk anything in it. It leaves crumbs in the bottom and the idea of that makes me retch.
I do like Lidls peach and cherry green tea. Make up a big pot of it, let it cool then keep it in the fridge and have with a slice of lemon or lime. |

Absolutely. A lot have agreed so far, hate it when people make 'tea' by leaving the tea bag in for 10-20 seconds, wtf. |

Although my tea consumption has dropped a lot in lockdown, I’m trying to drink more water instead, but it’s not as much fun! |

I was trying to drink black tea at work today because there is no milk in the building. It was ok but I prefer milk in it. One sugar. Im drinking one now. |

How to make the perfect brew.
A one pint mug
any old "normal" tea bag (none of the fancy shit)
2 sugars.
boiling water.
smash teabag around with spoon for a few seconds.
Now this bit is important ... squash tea bag against side of mug to squeeze the flavour out.
add milk to taste and enjoy |

One cup a day, good quality leaf tea (Imperial Teas of Lincoln are a good ship), usually an Assam , made in a pot with freshly heated water at the right temperature. Brewing time usually around four minutes but depends on the tea. Strained when poured, the leaves need to circulate in the pot. A drop of milk depending on the tea.
The rest of the time a decent decaffeinated tea.
Unless there’s a hangover involved in which case it’s Russian caravan with a bacon sandwich. |
