You achieved today? Could be anything that’s made you think a job well done or something you don’t usually do .......
Personally I’ve achieved my first 100 mile bike ride, so I’m well chuffed with that, it’s been a lovely day out in the lincs wolds and coast  |

one of my mares was being an absolute.. Well.. Mare!!! 
Managed to ride her through being bronced down the road, and into an arctic, and ended up with a mint ride, and jumped in the river too.
Plus, i got my gf out riding with me for the first time in ages.. And some naughty pics in the barn didn't go amiss either.

My little balll of energy arrived early yesterday morning and went home earlier today.
We have danced, fed her babies and done our nails, ed the garden....all sorts.
I really enjoy her company, it feels like I haven't spent enough time with her lately. She said this was the best sleepover ever...bless her |

My new bike finally arrived last week and yesterday I managed to assemble it and adjusted saddle and handlebar today. I also did a quick ride, less than 10 miles but it felt wonderful, the first ride in 8 month. I am now going to fight my pandemic pounds ... |

Absolutely nothing. I was up till 5am drinking and I’ve been very very ill today. I wouldn’t care today was tidy house day and put some washing in but I just can’t shake myself. I honestly think my drinking days are over, my body can’t take it any more I’ve felt poisoned all day  |
