So here's a thing !
Week before last, I had a discussion with my Ops Director about a lack of communication between managers within the business.
I suggested a return to monthly managers meetings as a minimum.
She took my point on board and said she would 'get something arranged'
Not heard a thing since.
That was until, during a discussion with the MD, he said 'well you're over here next week anyway, so I'll see you then'
'Am I ?' came the response
'Yes' said he 'for the managers meeting'
'Ah', said I 'would that be the managers meeting to help improve communication ?'
'Yes ! Has she not told you ?'
'No !'
Am sure there is an irony there somewhere !  |
