I know some friends of mine telling me about this years ago, and apparently it is a thing. Ine of my friends got offered 60 for used undies 
Just to let you all know, I am willing to send my used tighty whities if anyone interested

I think you can get most things from vending machines in Japan. But used knickers is definetly something you can get.  |

I’ve lived and worked in Japan and not once have I seen a vending machine selling used knickers  |

Clothes shops are quarantining returned clothes, due to the covid-19 issues. Perhaps don't get things with express delivery, pick the slower option.
Just like puppy farms, there are probably some unscrupulous people knocking up some used clothes with a fake provenance. |

Yeah it's well worth getting into. You can make a small fortune for providing someone with sexual relief without actually meeting them all for just wearing clothes you wear anyway |
