"A jury has awarded a Georgia woman $3 million over her husband's heart attack, finding that his doctor should have warned the Atlanta cop against strenuous activity like the three-way sex he was having at the time he died, WXIA-TV reports.
William Martinez, a 31-year-old Atlanta police officer, collapsed and died while he and a male friend were having sex with a woman who was not his wife at an Atlanta airport motel in 2009."
yeah ok. im sure that convo would have went something like this.
Doctor: Mr. Martinez i dont think you should have a 3some. its taking a toll on your heart
Martinez: Fuck you Doc
Doctor: Sounds good, see you in 6 months
what the hell..... I am not sure if I should laugh or feel really sorry for the widow... shes 3 mil up because hubs cheated!!...

I should imagine he had a pre-existing heart condition that his doctor was aware of, which could have been agitated by exercising for long periods which ultimately was what caused his death.
and people have made the assumption that he was cheating.. we are on a swinging site.. perhaps they were separate room swingers.. and he was on a meet... glad it wasnt my meet though |

I'm confused, but not really surprised, tbh.
Confused that a doctor should have to make a point of telling patients not to indulge in sexual gymanastics. Surely they would have told the patient not to indulge in strenuous activity and trusted them to be responsible for themselves?
But not really surprised as we live in a world where manufacturers have to warn consumers that hot drinks may in fact, be hot, for fear of litigation |

I am guessing they only won the case because the doctor didnt tell him to stay away from strenuous activity, not because he didnt tell him not to have a 3way... but the article is written in such a way that would make you think the doctor should have told him not to have a 3 way...

"What Dr tells someone not to have 3way sex?
Very liberated thinking I must say "
"Take your tablets regularly, no smoking, oh and no 3 way sex."
Guy dies from 4 way sex? Gets more money? |
