You have obviously never job hunted during a global pandemic while still being a junior in your field. The ghosting is way too real with these recruiters.

I'm just gonna go guzzle some ice cream and cry for a bit...

Thanks everyone. I have gotten through tough times while job hunting before but I would have thought that during these times when people are already on edge maybe recruiters would try to be more empathic. I swear there is a special place in hell for these people (sorry if anyone is a recruiter but also please treat prospective employees better)!
