So normally when I'm checking a profile out and I see something like "doesn't like bbc or black guys" I would normally block the profile so that I wouldn't make the mistake in the future to message her (or them if it's a couple) or wink or fab their pics etc.

I also do the same for women and couples not interested in guys with beards/facial hair/long hair.

What are your views on that and do you think that's harsh or weird etc or does that make logical sense to you?

You are entitled to block who you like

Why would you need to canvass opinion?

I dont understand

Just as your profile is yours to do with as you wish, the use of the block/friends/hot lists are there for you to also use in any way that you want.

Thanks for the replies so far. I guess I was just wondering if I was being too harsh.

Block whoever you see fit.

We almost never block anyone but each to their own.

It makes complete sense. We can block whoever we like. I block people for many reasons and of late, I block all people associated with someone who has been mean to people I know.

I often get block guilt.....

I'm like "oh no they'll think I'm an awful person and oversensitive" just because they troll me or send me abuse.... ....but then sanity kicks in....
