Morning all. Woken up feeling low and meh.

Possibly because I'm back at work after two weeks off and in those two weeks I had nothing doing... It really knocks the wind out of yoir sails!

So what non sexual activities do you do to make yourself feel better if you're feeling shitty about yourself?

Cleaning. I find cleaning helps - I will clean the kitchen or bathroom. Takes my mind of things and afterwards makes me feel I've achieved something

Usually a walk on the beach. Nice lunch or coffee. Just stopping the world for a while & telling yourself you are ok.
