"Is it safe ??! "

My opinion

If you have to ask the answer is no absolutely not !!!

I climb mountain ridges

I'm asked is it safe

For me prepared and understanding the potential dangers I can indeed practice my sport relatively safely

Just as I can enter a car spray booth containing voc

Or maintain oil fired boilers

However I would answer no to the person asking for them it is not they are unprepared

If I needed to ask it would absolutely mean I did not understand the danger nor had protected myself

If we are expecting the bad world to protect us and for it to be safe we are deluded

If we understand the danger and work to mitigate it we can indeed be safe

I'll re iterate

If you asked the question you were both a, not safe and be a danger to others xxxx

Keep your distance, don't touch your face and you'll probably be fine

Look at it another way, do you stop going to pub incase you catch the flu? Before anyone says it, no I'm not comparing covid to flu (even though that was my original diagnosis of it) but the likely hood of catching covid at the pub.

I still use pubs in flu season.

What a strange answer

I am fully aware of risks asking questions is not an indication of stupidity

Imo

Asking a question is not a demonstration of stupidity I think it wise

However asking a question can indeed be a demonstration of not knowing the answer

The way you framed your question it came across that way

In my opinion there is no question required regarding the non saftey of pubs

However telling us your wisdom upon how you mitigated the risk and asking others how they will or do would have been clearer

Sorry for being rather dumb and misunderstanding you
