For those of you that are and have been in lockdown that track their steps taken each day what kind of total do you ain't for and how different is it to what you aimed for before lockdown?
My average daily target has dropped to about 6500 but at weekends I aim for between 15000 and 20000 per day I know that's not many compared to some but just wondering since my fitbit alerted me I needed a walk! |

Used to have a Fitbit, but my job before lockdown involved being on my feet a lot. So stopped using it, since lockdown I'm now sat at home more. Thanks for the reminder going to try finding it to motivate myself to doing more steps |

Mines up from around 10k to 15k.
I found I was having terrible trouble sleeping at the beginning because of not using the energy so I got into pacing around like a maniac |
