October? Just in time for the second hit. Nothing will be the same until there's some sort of vaccine or it mutates and fizzles out.
Spanish flu lasted for 2 years.
You can meet and take the risk but take precautions when meeting up with friends/family who might be at greater risk. The biggest change is assessing risk to yourself and others - something we haven't really had to think about in daily life.
It always reminds me of WWI - 'It' ll all be over be Christmas'. But it isn't over until it's over. |
