There are still people out there suffering with mental health issues worrying about leaving their front door or worrying about not wearing a mask or not getting judged for not wearing one. Everyone is different everyone has got their own things that they are dealing with just try to stay positive and remember if you ever feel in a dark place talk to someone |

"I am currently doing the 25 press-ups for 25 days challenge, to raise awareness for mental heath and PTSD.. On day 11 today
Feel free to put videos up, so we can support you "
I have to post a video everyday: have done normal press-ups, touch press-ups, clap press-up... Running out of press-ups, think I will finish with no top on handstand press-up. Just for the cause of course |

The mental spike is massive already but with todays announcement it is going to rise massively and sorry to say I will be one of those silent numbers to be added as I head back into my own isolation among the trees and away from towns, cities etc. It took me 52 years to find the real me that enjoyed those places but that ends on the 24th as I am deeply deeply connected to nature and cannot enjoy being encased..I need to breathe naturally...on average now all that will show of human skin, as we were born will be hands and eyes..we may as well encase all of who we are...outcast again! |

Having suffered myself from a wide range of mental health issues, it’s great to see so many more people having open conversations and learning more.
And I think people on here need to remember that there are people behind the accounts so just be kind no matter what |

This expression is becoming a trope that seems to be used to suggest that some behaviour shouldn't be questioned or challenged for fear of that being seen as being unkind |

I don't see that at all personally. For me it encourages people, including me, to empathise and be less judgemental. I feel this can only be a good thing.
I'm always here if anyone needs to vent |

No, I’m talking more about name calling and aggressive behaviour. There obviously has to be some level of acceptance that offence is subjective and isn’t always intended. |

But by adopting your suggestion, wouldn't those doing the name calling and being aggressive deserve kindness too? |

No but just turn the other cheek and don’t escalate the issue and report them to the admin. |
