After a house full of family over the weekend all I can hear now is the hum of the fish tank even the teenagers are silent xx

Not a lot I have severe tinnitus mainly a high pitch whistling noise constantly for the past 14 years

From my home office I have a good _iew on a a main road with some work going on. They are replacing the gas pipes so I hear (and see) diggers, workers with drills, hammers and of course the traffic on the main road. The works stops around early afternoon and then I hear the occasional wind chime from the neighbours and children playing in a side street.
