So I came back to the site after about a year away a few months ago due to my relationship ending, and so far since returning in struggling to think and get nervous when it comes to messaging people it's like I've forgotten what to do! Has anyone else been through this kind of thing? |

I get so nervous when I think about messaging someone for rhe first time that more often than not I type something out and don't send it.
