I was busy watching the clip. It looks great. I can just about remember travelling on steam trains as a small kid. There's nothing quite like the smell.

Enjoy your trip.

I've had several life dreams come true, one was having children another was retiring to the seaside.

I quite enjoy riding trains. Not a train nerd or anything, couldn't tell you names or numbers, I just find the track noise and sceneary exciting.

I've always wanted to ride the Orient express.

Good to see someone is getting some enjoyment out of the Flying Moneypit, after the obscene amounts spent on it while other elements of the National Collection are left to rot. Don't understand the obsession with that one specific kettle.

I loved the look of Evening Star a little more to be honest, sadly now a static exhibition even though it was the last steam train commissioned by BR and was assigned as a preservation locomotive at the time of building, much younger than the Scotsman but not dissimilar

Oh hope you enjoy that, I went when I was at school and York is a lovely city as well and if you have time I'd consider a trip to Durham, no finer city to arrive at by train.

Typhoon is really good to.

I'd say my 2nd favorite is black prince but unfortunately has been down for a overhaul for a very long time.

In fact all the engines are fantastic expect number,s 12 and 14...

Thay are both ok to but compared to the rest of the fleet it's no contest.
