"After my post the other night I'm back from hospital, after a mini heart attack  suspected blocked in a artery but turns out its all OK!

Healthy living, eating and keep on top of checks ups.
Check with doctor before doing exercises especially ones that you need to move your arms about your heart!.

I have to agree here...lay off the booze, you have had a scare but oj thank goodness but you don't know if your heart has been damaged at all..
I have a heart condition, angina is a complication, I'm facing surgery to repair it. It scares me because my Dad was dead at 50 and he had the same condition as I do
So please take care of your heart. It is pretty precious |
