Although there have been ways devised to measure happiness it is really an abstract concept and very subjective.
My idea of happiness may not be your idea of happiness so am I happy and you are not or vice versa.
Is contentment happiness or do you have to be bouncing off the walls to be really happy? Generally I am content but I have had experienced extreme happiness (some may call it manic).
In answer to your question I would say neither one or the other is any happier being single than they want to be.    |

Uhhhhh I think women get on better single because they do England better and can say what they mean right |
