A gentleman never tells

That really turns you off?

For me it's teeth, they could be the nicest person going but if they've got teeth like condemned houses then it really turns me off.

What do you fab lot have to say on the matter?

-ist attitudes that seep through their actions and words.

Bigotry, honestly. At least, that's my most common turn-off.

People with a deluded sense of grandeur, I don't care if you come from the homeless unit or a country estate, but if you think you are better than everyone else you are not getting my hotdog.

Appearance wise, poor hygiene.

Personally wise.. lots! Arrogance, inability to listen or take interest in others (eg talks constantly about themselves on a date), being overly loud as though playing to an audience (“everyone look at me” types)... oh god, I could go on. I’ve had some bad dates!

Unkempt people, be it hair that you can tell hasn't been washed in days, dirty teeth, grubby clothes, B.O. etc. We all slob about at home at times but people who look like they make zero effort before being seen in public are a no.

People who are presumptuous or arrogant.

People who don’t listen, and don’t respect or understand boundaries and consent.

These are my biggest two.

Goes without saying that poor hygiene is a turn off too.

Two faced folk. Those who pretend to be what they are not. Manipulators and attention seekers.

Cheshire

Hypocrisy, arrogance or wilfully ignorant.

I actually like those who step away from the mainstream, be what the want to be and as long they’re not hurting others fully support an alternative lifestyle.

So maybe I don’t like normal people and smelly ones

Same.

There are to many people that start every sentence with I or me in front of it as well - yawn!

"Ooh. Dry shampoo. Bleh - just wash your hair, damnit."

have you tried doing this every single day? And also drying and styling it? Before work on a morning? Dry shampoo is my friend. Saying that, I’d wash my hair for such special occasions as a date.

I actually have long hair at the moment, and I wash it every day my wife doesn't wash it every day but she doesn't use dry shampoo.

I think the difference is that we don't style it, so it doesn't take very long. And I prefer it looking a bit scruffy to it looking like it has corn starch in it.

Each to their own!

My hair takes 40+ minutes to blow dry unless I really fry it.

Dry shampoo is a blessing.

I see that you have already blocked me, so I don't have to disappoint you

This thread is no fun if you're just gonna take issue with what people find a turn-off.
