Just seen myself in the mirror when I stood up and thought wow you have a good shape for a man of your age and 2 heart attacks , bit of a belly but good pecs good arms the V is not as sharp as it used to be but it's still there.
Made me feel real good about myself.
Then reality hit in and realised no one wants it. |
