Duck.
I don't have roast dinner at home very often being a singleton.
When I do, it has to be duck, and I can turn the leftover into other dishes like fried rice and noodle soups for later.

lamb seems to be the fave in our house although i did slow roast pork last week with amazing crackling at my first attempt gutted i never tried years ago it was lush |
