What mantras do you live by?

I saw this one the other day- ‘Discipline is a form of self love’. Think it might be a good one to live by, the meaning I took from it is do things for now to look after your future self. |

Inevitably it will. I've had to let people down because being with them didn't make me happy. Or quit my job which made lots of people unhappy.
As long as you're not deliberately harming others I don't think you're responsible for anyones happiness but you're one |

It's a mantra I use for myself really. I can't be so down on myself all the time and so I try to give things a positive spin. |

I love "mantras" sadly they are very easy to say and not as easy to adopt...
First one was my one lesson I remember from school..
