Hi, I’ve now been furloughed since the 20th March and at first it was great but now it seems to be taking its toll on me, I’m struggling to find any motivation at all, I’m usually very active but now with worry about my job I’m finding everything difficult, anyone else having this problem?

Thanks

Yep. I'm self employed and my client binned all contractors to save money when lockdown hit, so not only have I not been working since April, I've also not been earning so the worry and panic has been mounting.

Since I have time on my hands, I took on a puppy and he's been keeping me sane by driving me mad. It's also forcing me to go out and exercise. That on top of joining a training camp for squash and working on home improvements and personal projects, and I'm as busy (if not busier) than ever before.

Good for you as keeping busy is key and a puppy will always brighten up every day.
