The ones our family makes... in between the two for thickness and throw in the ingredients the minute the batter hits the pan, whether that be sweet or savoury; then flip it out and fold or roll depending on the extra ingredients added out of the pan

Depends on the situation. American for breakfast with buttermilk, maple syrup, crispy bacon and scrambled egg, and black coffee.
French spread with Nutella from a porta-kitchen in Brittany. Followed with a grande bière in a café.
