I can't tell you OP - what works for me may not work for you, what may work for one recipient may not work for another.
The key is being able to firstly find what works for you yourself, and then being able to adapt that to each person you may contact.
Even then there's no guarantee of anything, because even if you do get a reply it's then about engaging someone in conversation, and finding them engaging enough that things progress to meeting. |

oh dear let a woman help you. Compliment her but in a non sleazy or not overly sexual way. mention something on her profile that attracted you to hear. ask her a decent question that she can answer easily. This doesn't mean "hows it going? what are you doing? how long you been on fab? etc." small talk is for the mindless
